Linking banks for scanning
The FT-60 can link banks together for scanning purposes. Refer to the radio's user guide in the section Memory Bank Scan for the way to start linked bank scanning on the radio.
Clicking on the Bank Scan Link tab shows the following screen:
Editing the settings is done by clicking on the relevant checkbox.
Before the image is written to the radio a check is done to ensure that memories exist in the banks defined as being linked. If no memories are found for a particular bank then that bank is removed from the linked set and a warning message is shown.
